Custom puppet mouth plates are 3-D printed from ABS plastic based on your specifications.
Each mouth plate has rounded corners to prevent punching through the corner of your mouth once wrapped in fleece, fabric, fur, or felt.
Possible widths range from 3.5″ to 7″. Possible heights range from 2″ to 7″. Quarter-inch increments are used.
Our mouth plates are 2.5mm thick to ensure they are sturdy and will not bend or break.
Each mouth plate is flat. One surface is textured which we advise be applied to the glue side; the other side is smooth and can accommodate the addition of finger/hand straps, grips, bumps, etc.
Mouth plates are sold by the PAIR. You will receive two mouth plates (identical to each other) for use on the top and bottom of your character.
Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of this product, your product will be shipped 4-5 days after order placement.
