All Puppet Faces sales are final. We do not issue refunds or allow returns/exchanges.
Returned to Sender
If you provide an invalid address causing the United States Post Office to return your package to us, we will refund you the amount for the products. Shipping fees will not be refunded, as they were spent on postage and cannot be recovered. You will receive an email when this occurs; you may opt to repurchase the products using a different mailing address.
Damaged During Shipping
We take pictures of every shipment prior to sealing the box, so if your purchase was damaged in the shipping process, we will work with you to get a refund and we will be made whole by our shipping partner.
